Consultant
In addition to supervising their own task area, consultants are also managers. As project leaders, they manage their own team in which they coordinate and delegate tasks. Consultants prepare presentations, write specialist articles and concept papers, and also chair internal meetings and brainstorming sessions. They also lead negotiations during, for example, media cooperation projects. In making strategic decisions and further developing the agency and its teams, they work together with senior consultants and the management. Consultants require at least three years of professional experience in the field of marketing and PR as well as decision-making, consulting and soft skills.
