The one-year trainee programme is the first step in beginning a professional career. Requirements are a university degree or comparable qualification, as well as work placements or initial experience in the field of marketing or PR. By learning on the job and through our training programme, trainees are equipped with the necessary skills to gradually fulfil their tasks independently. These tasks include writing press releases, developing concepts and research activities. After three to six months, trainees begin working with customers, draw up background reports and support their colleagues in various tasks, for example, preparing and organising press conferences.
